He or she will be able to accurately diagnose the condition and then suggest tried and tested medicines to help control the symptoms. Cognitive behavioral therapy might also be recommended since it holistically attempts to treat the problem through breathing techniques, visualization techniques and relaxation techniques that help ward off the symptoms.
